Why Is Board Authorization Requested?
Certain actions during the lien-enforcement process require a decision or authorization by the Association's Board of Directors. When Board action is needed, S&G will provide information regarding the account and the authorization being requested.
What Happens After I Return It?
Once the completed authorization is received, our office will review it and continue processing the account as appropriate. If information is missing or clarification is needed, management may be contacted before proceeding.
