NOTICE:

Use of the SandGLaw Electronic Portal carries an access fee of $10, which will need to be added to any payment made, in order for each payment to be deemed complete.

Payments made in regard to delinquent accounts through this office will be credited to the oldest outstanding assessment balance first and then to other charges applied pursuant to the Association's governing documents and Civil Code Section 5650. ONLY payment in full, of all amounts due, will terminate lien enforcement proceedings. Any partial payment, made without a written, executed payment agreement with the Association in place, will incur an Improper Tender processing fee per payment, and will not terminate further action with regard to the delinquent amounts.
